Cinter carried out the comprehensive construction of a modern refrigerated warehouse within the Central Market logistics complex, intended for the operation of fresh and frozen products under the highest standards of thermal control. The project included a large area warehouse, developed with a high-capacity metal structure and special envelopes to ensure energy efficiency and maximum thermal insulation. The building incorporates cold chambers, high-density storage areas, loading docks for continuous operation and industrial refrigeration systems designed to ensure the cold chain at all times. Service sectors, technical areas and complementary infrastructure were also integrated, allowing for safe, agile and efficient operation. Thanks to its experience in “turnkey” solutions, Cinter developed a refrigerated logistics center designed to accompany the growth of the food sector and guarantee reliable, stable and highly operational storage and distribution processes.
